Fairbanks Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) is excited to host the 'Afternoon Moon' indoor soccer tournament at the Carlson Center on January 26 & 27. We have an expected turnout of around 250 participants ranging from 7-year-olds to adults. The name 'Afternoon Moon' pays homage to the early winter evenings in Fairbanks, which contrast so vividly with the 'Midnight Sun' of summer.

This is a team registration. You may register 3-5 participants. The process will involve knowing each participants first name, last name, DOB, shirt size, and parent's contact info (phone & email). The registration cost is $250/team for a minimum of 4 games during the tournament. If you are an individual player looking for a team, please click here, and we will contact you if there is a team looking for an additional player or enough individual players to make an additional team. 

This form is for individual players who are looking for a team. This is similar to a waitlist where we will only contact you if we have a team available for you. You will not be charged anything in this form. If there are enough individual sign-ups we will form a team of all "free agents".  This tournament is co-ed (optional) for all divisions.
