The Registration "Fitness Classes" is not currently available.

SEASONAL ($8) MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED FOR ALL NON-SOCCER ACTIVITIES. Click the registration link below for more info.

All classes will be held inside of the Carlson Center on the FYSA courts. We are excited to have this new space available for winter programs on our beautiful Sport Court flooring. On your designated class day, enter through the rear doors at the Carlson Center marked 'Pass Gate'. Parents, siblings, etc. are welcome to sit in the lower bleachers on the east side of the arena.

No food or drinks are allowed on the courts, just water! Non-marking athletic shoes should be worn on the courts, however players should be changing into this footwear after entering the building. In other words, we want to keep any boots or wet shoes OFF the courts, to keep the floor dry and safe.

While we are not the 'traditional' gym with locker rooms, we do have large bathrooms with rooms that you can change in and shower if necessary. When you walk into the arena turn left and there will be signed labeled 'FYSA Restrooms'. We advise that you do not leave anything of value in these bathrooms as we are not able to secure your belongings. Please bring anything you would like to keep safe on to the courts with you.

Class Information

Classes are $14 each. They are led by certified instructors and are one hour long. We strive to bring a variety of instructors and classes each week, so each week will look a bit different. You have the option to pre-pay by registering in advance using the registration link on this page. You can also pay cash or card in person, keeping in mind that the first class you attend you will also have to pay our seasonal 'associate FYSA membership fee'.
