A Program Assistant provides support in our primary functions of providing soccer and other youth sports related events to the Fairbanks and interior Alaska communities. The role will involve both administrative functions and direct interactions with youth and adult players and families. A background in soccer or youth sports administration is useful but not required. Comfort using computers and online management tools is important. Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and roles is important. But mostly we want an individual who wants to make a difference for kids and adults in the Fairbanks community.

The position will vary in the number of hours over the year, ranging from approximately 30 hours per week during the fall, winter, and spring to 40 hours per week during late spring and summer. The position requires flexibility in work hours and may require some evenings. There are opportunities for additional paid work within our organization. Position range is $16-18/hour.
